SVN playing jokes on me
I've had issues with SVN before, but this time it went a bit too far

Try killing explorer.exe processes and starting a new one as follows: Ctrl+Shift+Escape, File > New Task (Run...) > explorer.exe > OK
yeah, that did it, although I rebooted 'cause explorer kept freezing
